Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Alvaro Giusto made the kick off and thus started the match. Motta Rello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Motta Rello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Motta Rello. Motta Rello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute of the match, Beila Mora got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnout Reekers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 14th minute, Ziemowit Kinic got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes San Michele AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in David Eikelkamp drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind San Michele AFC's goalkeeper. After some careless play in the San Michele AFC defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Motta Rello. The San Michele AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Motta Rello should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Beila Mora tried to sneak it across the goal line. San Michele AFC's Motta Rello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Kees Mooiweer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ziemowit Kinic's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ziemowit Kinic helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Ziemowit Kinic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Motta Rello when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Giusto in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. San Michele AFC's Motta Rello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gust Ennemans hit a great ball. San Michele AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Wim Wilmes scored to the left of an out of position Motta Rello, making the score, 1-4. 72 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Motta Rello narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Motta Rello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, San Michele AFC's Motta Rello got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Dennis Mosca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motta Rello having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Dennis Chiappini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beila Mora in the 96th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Netherlands players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
