A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Oscar Abascal hit a great ball. Ermegildo Pacorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Benedicto Chale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel. Benedicto Chale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Ermegildo Pacorro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 11th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Pacorro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Ermegildo Pacorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Pacorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Club Almirante Brown's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ermegildo Pacorro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Major Barna sped through Club Almirante Brown's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ermegildo Pacorro. Katona Janos kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Vörös Henrik. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 36th minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Ermegildo Pacorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Aristides Rayman hit a great ball. Ermegildo Pacorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Gualterio Shepherd got a free kick in the 47th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Pacorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Benedicto Chale hit a great ball. Club Almirante Brown's Tomás Pasqual was substituted for Aristides Rayman. In the 60th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Ceandro to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermegildo Pacorro. Ermegildo Pacorro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 66 minutes in the game Bakos Endre did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Major Barna. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Ermegildo Pacorro made a huge save. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the game, Gualterio Shepherd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Almirante Brown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After 74 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Shepherd. Gualterio Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Ermegildo Pacorro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Almirante Brown's Wilfredo Segio managed to work through Hungary's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Wilfredo Segio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 86th minute, Bakos Endre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Pasqual kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bakos Endre's late challenge caught a Club Almirante Brown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bakos Endre helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Club Almirante Brown fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
