Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar de Castro in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar de Castro in the 17th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 黄杰南 in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Silvério Arósio was slow to take the kick. During this time Dinamo Bucarest FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 26th minute, Dinamo Bucarest FC's Iuri Jacinto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 黄杰南 in the 30th minute of play. After 34 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 56th minute Dinamo Bucarest FC were awarded a corner. Silvério Arósio went to the cornerflag to take it. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nico da Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. Nico da Costa made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Jacinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Luís Gustavo Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Nico da Costa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narciso Zalon during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Narciso Zalon kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Germany's attentive Albin Holweck managed to snatch the ball when Mariano Eladio made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dinamo Bucarest FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
