Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antal Valentin got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gilbert Podolski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Pilipiec in the 10th minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Pilipiec in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Gilbert Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Podolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Witold Gibowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Pilipiec in the 22nd minute of the match. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florian Panikowski hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Gilbert Podolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. After having played for 37 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilbert Podolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pogoń Stawiszyn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilbert Podolski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 41st minute, Ryszard Pilipiec reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fodor Daniel. The goal made the score 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryszard Pilipiec to strike the kick off in the second half. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimierz Dylla in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Radoslaw Trojanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Gilbert Podolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Balazs Lajos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilbert Podolski. That made the score 1-2 after 58 minutes of play. In the 61st minute, Kazimierz Dylla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Gilbert Podolski in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Gilbert Podolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Pilipiec in the 66th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Podolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gilbert Podolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Gilbert Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilbert Podolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 80th minute. Gilbert Podolski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Major Barna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Boros Benedek heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilbert Podolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gilbert Podolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary.
