Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Carmelo Benavides started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Carrillo. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgardo Carrillo in the 4th minute. After 4 minutes, Edgardo Carrillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SantaAna and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, SantaAna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Carrillo to maneuver through the defense. After 5 played minutes SantaAna got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Menjivar. In the 6th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A long shot from Carmelo Benavides in the 11th minute of play was well struck, but Keld Paulsen made a really good save at the right post. Cristiano Goretzka might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Goretzka ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 17 minutes, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikkel Wulff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Félix Suarez kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Holger Arhenius came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. But to his dismay, Bertram Svenningsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Benavides in the 29th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Arhenius having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Carmelo Benavides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Edgardo Carrillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. SantaAna's Carmelo Benavides got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Holger Arhenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Steen, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. Holger Arhenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Felipe Cerna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Felipe Cerna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of SantaAna booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgardo Carrillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Carrillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgardo Carrillo scored 2-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Edgardo Carrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Chris Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Holger Arhenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 81st minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Holger Arhenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. With his leg Holger Arhenius managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Denmark's Chris Nygaard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 86th minute of the game Mario Quintanilla made a throw-in which Félix Suarez played forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Benavides in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, SantaAna's Holger Arhenius got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Cerna in the 90th minute of play. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Mario Quintanilla with Edgardo Carrillo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The SantaAna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
