Jan-Åke Emander came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Zaccheo Andolina. But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, The Owls's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Jan-Åke Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gino Galante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Jan-Åke Emander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Ubarna Harroyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ali Kağan Özpulat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. Siricio Liotta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Gino Galante sped through Italy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. 83 minutes into the game, Dănuț Lupu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jan-Åke Emander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guiscardo Davide in the 84th minute of the match.
