Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Sachs kicked off to start the match. EdirneSpor's Sari Kanarya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 4th minute of play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Czeslaw Borcz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sari Kanarya saved EdirneSpor from getting behind. If Durmuş Gençoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Durmuş Gençoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sari Kanarya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 36th minute of play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Sari Kanarya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Melih Ongar hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The long shot by Adriano Silva in the 48th minute really tested Tommy Kahn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and kaya Bal made a kick off. Sari Kanarya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 59th minute. Sari Kanarya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 63rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from kaya Bal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nazil Mürsel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sari Kanarya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. When Nazil Mürsel came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the EdirneSpor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazil Mürsel couldn't finish the play. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from kaya Bal in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of EdirneSpor booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from kaya Bal, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, EdirneSpor could leave the field as winners, despite Germany having more of the ball for most of the match.
