Major Barna scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdi Mehmet Eygül, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6th minute Mecnun Kamil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Hungary's Hegedus Henrik to a score. 0-2 in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute, Takacs Tibor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 16th minute of play forced Bombacı Mülayim's goalkeeper Abdi Mehmet Eygül to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdi Mehmet Eygül having to interfere. Abdi Mehmet Eygül made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdi Mehmet Eygül narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 34th minute of play forced Bombacı Mülayim's goalkeeper Abdi Mehmet Eygül to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Battal Tanzer's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Battal Tanzer helped the player get up and apologised. Battal Tanzer hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, Bombacı Mülayim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilge Kağan Abay to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute of the match, Balazs Lajos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Abdi Mehmet Eygül was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Hungary booed when Bombacı Mülayim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özgür Subahi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Major Barna suffered a sprained foot after 59 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Özgür Subahi fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bombacı Mülayim's protests and gave Özgür Subahi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, Bombacı Mülayim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özgür Subahi to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Antal Valentin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdi Mehmet Eygül skillfully saved the ball. Abdi Mehmet Eygül was a little too slow when Antal Valentin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-4. Abdi Mehmet Eygül made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Takacs Tibor sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlmi Eker in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Abdi Mehmet Eygül was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Abdi Mehmet Eygül made a huge save. In the 77th minute Battal Tanzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Battal Tanzer went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Lajos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdi Mehmet Eygül narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abdi Mehmet Eygül made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 83rd minute. Balazs Norbert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdi Mehmet Eygül read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. If Battal Tanzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
