Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Clodoveo Hanot kicked off to start the match. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Banu in the 7th minute of play. Denis Dostal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niculae Dănășel having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Hanot, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Czech Republic's Alan Rezek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niculae Dănășel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. A hard shot 19 in the game by Virgil Gane from a close distance when the talented Vavrinec Holub managed to make a qualified save. Czech Republic's players were relieved. Virgil Gane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Sergiu Zbârnea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alex Team and the Czech Republic players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Alex Team got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Zbârnea. Denis Dostal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Niculae Dănășel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Alex Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Arseanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Virgil Gane went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Hanot came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

In the 65th minute Clodoveo Hanot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Czech Republic's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sergiu Zbârnea was slow to take the kick. During this time Alex Team's players had a chance to rest. Sergiu Zbârnea made a great header on Alex Team's corner, it was just that Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Erik Jilek took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Niculae Dănășel to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Bohumir Kohout got a free kick in the 71st minute. Denis Dostal kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Virgil Gane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Virgil Gane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgil Gane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Hanot came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Clodoveo Hanot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Clodoveo Hanot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Rezek to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Gane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Alex Team's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Dostal came free, but Niculae Dănășel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgil Gane in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alex Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
