Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Le Stade Briochin UC's Dimitri Nedellec dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Jaime Tabor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute, Jaime Tabor made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Lev Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lev Yashin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 31st minute of play. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor. But to his dismay, Jaime Tabor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Tabor made a kick off. After some careless play in the Le Stade Briochin UC defense, Wim Wilmes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lev Yashin. The Le Stade Briochin UC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lev Yashin should have stopped the shot. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Farid Verrecchia in the 57th minute of the match. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lev Yashin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Dimitri Nedellec kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. Le Stade Briochin UC's Lev Yashin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 73rd minute of play. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lev Yashin. Lev Yashin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lev Yashin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lev Yashin having to interfere. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 5-3 when Nolan Roux sped through Netherlands's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. In the 94thth minute of the game Jaime Tabor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clovis Janvier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
