An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 8th minute of play forced La Cienaga's goalkeeper Genaro Sindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute of the match, Radamel-Falcao García got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fodor Daniel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Genaro Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Sindo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Genaro Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genaro Sindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of La Cienaga's Genaro Sindo. Genaro Sindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Alonzo Botello tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Sindo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 40th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Sindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Sindo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Sindo having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dario Benedetto made a kick off. Dario Benedetto hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Benedetto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genaro Sindo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Genaro Sindo in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genaro Sindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 57th minute. Genaro Sindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel-Falcao García came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Genaro Sindo in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Lopez's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Lopez helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Radamel-Falcao García's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 74th match minute, La Cienaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Gartzea to maneuver through the defense. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genaro Sindo having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genaro Sindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Major Barna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Genaro Sindo. That made the score 0-4 in the 81 minute of play. After 93 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Balazs Lajos. Alonzo Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute of the match, Major Barna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genaro Sindo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 97th minute.
