Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chris Nygaard got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars Steen during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lazio S.S. booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 17th minute of play forced Lazio S.S.'s goalkeeper Emil Wolczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Wolczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denmark's Olav Graversen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jacek Laba in the 22 minute of the game. Bjarne Kirkegaard's late challenge caught a Lazio S.S.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogumil Wos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lazio S.S.'s Emil Wolczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olav Graversen in the 54th minute of play. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Wolczewski having to interfere. Malthe Lassen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Lazio S.S. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
