Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got the match started through his kick off. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 6th minute of play. Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 10th minute of play. Mitch Lauwers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute of the match, Peter Roofhoof tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Peter Roofhoof scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Roofhoof came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joonatan Van Landewijck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. In the 27th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match, Joonatan Van Landewijck got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnout Reekers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 32nd minute of play. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Joonatan Van Landewijck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-1. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Will Wipp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Minion Mim were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jasper Rosario took the corner. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joonatan Van Landewijck was the one to do the kick off. Peter Roofhoof hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Netherlands's Lars Meesters got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Mitch Lauwers to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute Will Wipp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Minion Mim's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mitch Lauwers came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mitch Lauwers. Mitch Lauwers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Minion Mim from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Mitch Lauwers in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Minion Mim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Mitch Lauwers despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With his leg Mitch Lauwers managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Mitch Lauwers. The audience was convinced that Gijsbert ter Kruimer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mitch Lauwers was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Roofhoof came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Tailleur in the 80th minute of play. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Mitch Lauwers in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mitch Lauwers, 2-5. Netherlands played a much better game than Minion Mim and deserved their victory. The Minion Mim players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
