Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Erik Jilek made the kick off which started today's match. A sloppy throw-in by Dalimil Charvat in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Spiro's Asher Bliss. In the 12th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Jilek to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Dalimil Charvat hit a great ball. Alistair Soto missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 15 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Vavrinec Holub right hand side. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jullian Goris in the 18th minute of play. If Jullian Goris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Spiro's Lawrence Conley quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alan Rezek, made in the 28th minute of the game. After 29 minutes of play, Spiro's Jullian Goris made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! Spiro's Karol Haskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Jilek in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Czech Republic were awarded a corner. Erik Jilek went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Spiro getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Lazaro Kimball hit a great ball. When David Rusil came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Rusil couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Haskiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jullian Goris to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Jullian Goris came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jullian Goris, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 60 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Vavrinec Holub was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 64 minutes, Lazaro Kimball mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spiro and the Czech Republic players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Spiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lazaro Kimball to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes Spiro got a freekick which was hit by Asher Bliss. Gilberto Wilkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Denis Dostal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Karol Haskiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jullian Goris went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. When Chance Edmonds came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Spiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chance Edmonds couldn't finish the play. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jullian Goris, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Lawrence Conley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spiro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
