In the 3rd minute, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Maurinho Tróia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Maurinho Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 13th minute of play forced 20 DE SETEMBRO's goalkeeper Benê Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Emil Forsberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benê Goiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Emil Forsberg came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the 20 DE SETEMBRO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Forsberg couldn't finish the play. Erivaldo Antunes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 20 DE SETEMBRO's Maurinho Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Emil Forsberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 45th minute, Maurinho Tróia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 20 DE SETEMBRO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sven Krakouer charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Krakouer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. In the 52nd minute of the match Emil Forsberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Maurinho Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Charles Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Emil Forsberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 20 DE SETEMBRO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Albin Holweck struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Benê Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Maurinho Tróia sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, 20 DE SETEMBRO's Maurinho Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 DE SETEMBRO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emil Forsberg in the 94th minute. After taking down the ball on 20 DE SETEMBRO's corner Emil Forsberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silas Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Germany's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because 20 DE SETEMBRO had won, even though Germany had held more of the ball.
