Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ercan Sabahaddin took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Portugal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Carpathians:s goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Barreto in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matei Răducu saved Carpathians from getting behind. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercan Sabahaddin in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Bot. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matei Răducu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Matei Răducu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Felipe Barreto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matei Răducu was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Martin Zafiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matei Răducu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Portugal's Felipe Barreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matei Răducu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alin Nichitelea in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matei Răducu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matei Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Daniel Pimentel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Felipe Barreto made the kick off in the second half. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 51 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goalkeeper Matei Răducu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Bot during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Matei Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 54th minute of play. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Alin Nichitelea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Felipe Barretos short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Matei Răducu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Matei Răducu made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. With a little luck, Carpathians's Matei Răducu got control of the ball when Felipinho Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carpathians's Matei Răducu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 73rd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Daniel Pimentel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Matei Răducu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carpathians made a substitution. Dorel Pipirig replaced Ercan Sabahaddin. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Dobay in the 78th minute of play. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Pipirig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Connor Hughes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Dobay came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Arixo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Carpathians's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Pimentel took the corner. 96 minutes into the game, Dorel Pipirig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Portugal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Carpathians from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
