The supporters of FC Ciupa booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damir Pongrac didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, FC Ciupa's Dániel Ludas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Leonce Abt sent off a good shot on target. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Ciupa's goalie and right to Toni Mauzer. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Ciupa's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 25 minutes into the game, Leonce Abt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor. Leonce Abt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Dániel Ludas sent off a good shot on target. Leonce Abt struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ilija Skugor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ciupa. Croatia's Ilija Skugor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Croatia from getting a goal against them. In the 39th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinko Stankovic to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damir Pongrac during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Ciupa booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damir Pongrac didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 柳远星 was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xano Griego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Mauzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ciupa's Eduard Stegaru was substituted for Marius Simionaş. When Leonce Abt came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the FC Ciupa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonce Abt couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xano Griego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, 柳远星 managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ciupa's supporters rose to their feet, but 柳远星 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilija Skugor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 柳远星, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Pedro Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Xano Griego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toni Mauzer's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 柳远星, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Dániel Ludas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes FC Ciupa got a freekick which was hit by Leonce Abt. After 84 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Dinko Stankovic. When FC Ciupa's Dániel Ludas in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Croatia's goalie prevented a goal. 88 minutes into the game, Nistor Tăzlăuanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ilija Skugor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute, Toni Mauzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes FC Ciupa got a freekick which was hit by Denis Muntean. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Ciupa fully deserved thier win.
