The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 18 minutes into the game, Batuğ Zağanos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. By Cengafer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Slovakia the free kick. In the 18th match minute, By Cengafer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batuğ Zağanos to maneuver through the defense. Henrich Slany made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Yağızalp Alpsoy sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Slovakia's Henrich Slany got control of the ball when Suphi Uzhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Suphi Uzhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Asım Arif Güler to make the kick off. The attack was good, but when Asım Arif Güler in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The By Cengafer fans cheered their team off the field, for while Slovakia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
