Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marten Palermo started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Ponciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Evaristo Ponciano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marten Palermo in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Belfegor FC were awarded a corner. Marcelo Tercero went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Belfegor FC's Marcelo Tercero to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnout Reekers despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 17th minute of play forced Belfegor FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Ponciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a free kick in the 17th minute. Belfegor FC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Tercero took the corner. The corner led Belfegor FC's Walter Erviti to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnout Reekers despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Piotr Zielinski hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Evaristo Ponciano came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Marten Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Colas in the 36th minute of play. Evaristo Ponciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 39th minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Marten Palermo sent off a good shot on target. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Ponciano having to interfere. The Belfegor FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Evaristo Ponciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Everardo Colas's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the last second Evaristo Ponciano throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Belfegor FC's Evaristo Ponciano got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Colas in the 87th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marten Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the game, David Eikelkamp recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Evaristo Ponciano. David Eikelkamp showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Enzo Francescoli replaced Piotr Zielinski. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Netherlands had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
