Chris Nygaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugon Zerde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Denmark's Olav Graversen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maciej Banaszak in the 15 minute of the game. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugon Zerde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Gwidon Fleszar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Hugon Zerde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 37th minute of the match. Hugon Zerde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Ksawery Sebzda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sikornik SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Ksawery Sebzda hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gwidon Fleszar to make the kick off. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Hugon Zerde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gwidon Fleszar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 57th minute. The corner ended in Chris Nygaard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sikornik SSA's Hugon Zerde did a great save. 59 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hugon Zerde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olav Graversen to maneuver through the defense. Hugon Zerde made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Bertram Svenningsen sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Kenn Skou got a free kick in the 69th minute. Hugon Zerde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Sylwester Budrewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugon Zerde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 91st minute of play.
