Emil Bergvall shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Fridolin Neumeister charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fridolin Neumeister the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rex Scania MFF booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fridolin Neumeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batuhan Öztürk in the 22nd minute of play. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batuhan Öztürk in the 23rd minute. Robert Abrahamsson struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rex Scania MFF. A collision led to Rex Scania MFF getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Batuhan Öztürk hit a great ball. 32 minutes in the game, Batuhan Öztürk got a free kick from a good position and fired away a shot. The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Rex Scania MFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Lund to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bogdan Stelea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Maurer in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Jacinto Maurer notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rex Scania MFF's Bogdan Stelea. Bogdan Stelea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the match, Robert Abrahamsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hias Nüssli, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Rex Scania MFF's Emil Bergvall got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Bogdan Stelea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Maurer, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Östen Lund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rex Scania MFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Switzerland the free kick. The supporters of Switzerland booed when Rex Scania MFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Östen Lund in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Switzerland's Samuele Kunz. Bogdan Stelea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Maurer, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Östen Lund hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Emil Bergvall in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Switzerland's Gustav Iseli. Batuhan Öztürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Switzerland's attentive Samuele Kunz managed to snatch the ball when Viggo Hedkvist made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Jacinto Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batuhan Öztürk might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hias Nüssli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Batuhan Öztürk ran back to his position shaking his head. Robert Abrahamsson scored 3-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hias Nüssli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Robert Abrahamsson in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel. Switzerland's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Rex Scania MFF had won, even though Switzerland had held more of the ball.
