Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Herbert Lepucki started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute of the game Sven Krakouer made a throw-in which Frank Sachs played forward. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KS Ruch Chorzów's goalie prevented a goal. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszek Wallach having to interfere. In the 11th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Wallach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaroslaw Marchlewicz during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes KS Ruch Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Marchlewicz. After some careless play in the KS Ruch Chorzów defense, Frank Sachs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszek Wallach. The KS Ruch Chorzów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszek Wallach should have stopped the shot. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Malte Schiele with Frank Sachs as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Zbyszek Wallach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 41st minute of play. Zbyszek Wallach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zbyszek Wallach was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zbyszek Wallach. The goal made the score 0-4. After 62 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Linus Schwerner. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Frank Sachs put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Zbyszek Wallach. In the 68th minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zbyszek Wallach. The goal made the score 0-6. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 72nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by KS Ruch Chorzów's Gilbert Kissel. After 76 played minutes KS Ruch Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Duda. 79 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Dombroski came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulrich Stein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zbyszek Wallach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, KS Ruch Chorzów's Zbyszek Wallach got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zbyszek Wallach came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Albin Holweck charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albin Holweck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven Krakouer got a throw-in 92 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Frank Sachs. Ulrich Stein kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Germany could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KS Ruch Chorzów throughout the match.
