Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Club atlético boca junior's Mateo Hori sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Moises Quintun was slow to take the kick. During this time Club atlético boca junior's players had a chance to rest. Moises Quintun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Damaso Monico came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 43rd minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Chico in the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Club atlético boca junior's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Damaso Monico despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Damaso Monico in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club atlético boca junior's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. In the 75th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Moises Quintun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Marciano Alvarez charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marciano Alvarez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marciano Alvarez hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Damaso Monico made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club atlético boca junior's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damaso Monico quite easily take care of the ball. Damaso Monico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Major Barna went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After 96 minutes Club atlético boca junior's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The Club atlético boca junior fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
