Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bartolo Clementi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, La Zabaleta's Lorenzo Arce got a free kick in the 8th minute. Bartolo Clementi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Guib read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Arturo Guib stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Clementi's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. When Saturnino Honrio came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the U21 Argentina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Honrio couldn't finish the play. Arturo Guib made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolo Clementi in the 18th minute. If Bartolo Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to U21 Argentina getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Saturnino Honrio hit a great ball. Teodosio Lop's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nemesio Baladi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Arturo Guib made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Bartolo Clementi sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute U21 Argentina were awarded a corner. Ciriaco Gregory went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 41st minute, U21 Argentina's Bartolo Clementi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. La Zabaleta's Arturo Guib proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save La Zabaleta from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

U21 Argentina's Hugo Casomiro was substituted for Habakkuk Velázquez. U21 Argentina's Severiano Urbez was substituted for Bartolo Clementi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodosio Lop to make the kick off. Teodosio Lop in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nemesio Baladi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 54th minute Severiano Urbez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Guib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Honrio in the 58th minute of play forced La Zabaleta's goalkeeper Arturo Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Guib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Casco in the 60th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Saturnino Honrio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Arturo Guib was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arturo Guib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Urbez, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Urbez in the 74th minute of play forced La Zabaleta's goalkeeper Arturo Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The U21 Argentina fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when U21 Argentina's Segundo Casco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arturo Guib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Casomiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 91st minute Hugo Casomiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Guib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Guib stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Segundo Casco's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Segundo Casco notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of La Zabaleta's Arturo Guib. Arturo Guib was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arturo Guib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Urbez in the 98th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The U21 Argentina fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Zabaleta had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
