When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrice Pacio in the 56th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Guipuzkoa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrice Pacio in the 63rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Astor Guipuzkoa made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Guipuzkoa having to interfere. Luis Ronaldo's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luis Ronaldo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Expedition Lubin getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Luis Ronaldo hit a great ball. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrice Pacio in the 93rd minute of the match. Netherlands were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Expedition Lubin to leave the ground with a draw.
