Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Isaltino Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Furlan having to interfere. After 9 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Mathijn Doctor. After a rather tough play, Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's Caetano Linhares got a free kick in the 11th minute. Anselmo Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Miguel Mazza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Nascidos Para Jogar F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wim Wilmes scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Furlan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Anselmo Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Mazza made a kick off. Wim Wilmes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Anselmo Furlan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaltino Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Netherlands's attack was well implemented in the 77th minute, but when Wim Wilmes was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Anselmo Furlan in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's Isaltino Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Miguel Mazza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nascidos Para Jogar F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 87 minutes into the match, Miguel Mazza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Mazza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaltino Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Anselmo Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 94th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Nascidos Para Jogar F.C could leave the field as winners, despite Netherlands having more of the ball for most of the match.
