Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Davi Vianna started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 3rd minute of play forced Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Chaman Do Bonde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Monumento Sports's Henrique Magalhães got a free kick in the 13th minute. Chaman Do Bonde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chaman Do Bonde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chaman Do Bonde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 22nd minute of play. After 28 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. 29 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davi Vianna. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Magalhães in the 30th minute of the match. Chaman Do Bonde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Matildo De Bethune De Looz in the 38th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Magalhães in the 41st minute. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Chaman Do Bonde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Monumento Sports's Chaman Do Bonde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Eikelkamp in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Monumento Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis Fantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 61st minute of play forced Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Chaman Do Bonde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chaman Do Bonde. That made the score 0-1 after 68 minutes of play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Chaman Do Bonde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chaman Do Bonde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Monumento Sports's Lucca Gol was substituted for Henrique Magalhães. Monumento Sports made a substitution. Sandrinho Ramalho replaced Luiz Fabiano Pires. In the 83rd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silas de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Chaman Do Bonde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wim Wilmes took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chaman Do Bonde. Chaman Do Bonde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. If Sandrinho Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Monumento Sports throughout the match.
