Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Latif Bican started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anıl Baran Fırat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind MURAT KARAKOÇ's goalkeeper Anıl Baran Fırat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Anıl Baran Fırat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 18th minute of play. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Anıl Baran Fırat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Linus Schwerner was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Latif Bican got free with Tommy Kahn in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Furkan Erşahin in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Latif Bican cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Latif Bican in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 42nd minute of play forced MURAT KARAKOÇ's goalkeeper Anıl Baran Fırat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes in the game Sílvio Ceresso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Furkan Erşahin. 45 minutes into the match, MURAT KARAKOÇ's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Anıl Baran Fırat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Latif Bican could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, MURAT KARAKOÇ's Sílvio Ceresso got a free kick in the 51st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Malte Schiele heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 59 minutes into the match, MURAT KARAKOÇ's Furkan Erşahin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Baran Fırat having to interfere. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anıl Baran Fırat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 68th minute of play. Furkan Erşahin charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Furkan Erşahin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, MURAT KARAKOÇ's Furkan Erşahin got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Germany's Albin Holweck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anıl Baran Fırat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute of the match Germany got a corner. MURAT KARAKOÇ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Latif Bican, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Chris Mergenthaler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes, Latif Bican made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Latif Bican's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the game, Latif Bican cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MURAT KARAKOÇ had won after a very even match.
