Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ionel Siniştean started the match with the kick off. Rapid Bucharest's Beržas Lideika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Segio in the 3rd minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Rapid Bucharest's goalkeeper Beržas Lideika had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfredo Nikola. With an all-out effort, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Beržas Lideika threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teofilo Oxarra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Teofilo Oxarra kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match Rapid Bucharest got a corner. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionel Siniştean ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 22nd minute, Aureliano Negro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serafin Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Siniştean in the 25th minute of play. Rapid Bucharest's Beržas Lideika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Negro in the 39th minute of play. After 43 played minutes, Rapid Bucharest's Valeriu Apăvăloaie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Serafin Bernal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rapid Bucharest reached it. In the 44th minute Luciano Segio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beržas Lideika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

51 minutes into the match, Rapid Bucharest's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Segio came free, but Beržas Lideika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Segio in the 52nd minute of play forced Rapid Bucharest's goalkeeper Beržas Lideika to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Oxarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Wilfredo Nikola sped through Rapid Bucharest's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Beržas Lideika. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Serafin Bernal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo from getting a goal against them. Valeriu Apăvăloaie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo made a substitution. Godfredo Nuñez replaced Aureliano Negro. After a defensive mix-up in Rapid Bucharest's zone, Godfredo Nuñez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beržas Lideika came out of the goal and Godfredo Nuñez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ionel Sinişteans short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Serafin Bernal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 85 minutes into the match, Rapid Bucharest's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Oxarra came free, but Beržas Lideika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Godfredo Nuñez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beržas Lideika was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 93rd match minute, Rapid Bucharest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boguslaw Furgat to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Justo Dalmai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
