In the 24th minute Piotr Burowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Iratxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 郭崇威 in the 29th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Fred Hammarström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gavino Iratxo. The goal made the score 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Gavino Iratxo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Piotr Burowski's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Espartillar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Gavino Iratxo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯辽宁沈阳太阳鸟队 booed when Real Espartillar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaques Custermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Espartillar's Gavino Iratxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Burowski in the 55th minute of play. Real Espartillar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 郭崇威 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After some careless play in the Real Espartillar defense, Milosz Gacek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Iratxo. The Real Espartillar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Iratxo should have stopped the shot. Gavino Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Burowski in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Burowski in the 90th minute of play forced Real Espartillar's goalkeeper Gavino Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred Hammarström in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavino Iratxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavino Iratxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Burowski in the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Espartillar players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
