In the 5th minute Santiago Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Charmander City's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Abreu came free, but Alberto Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charmander City's Alberto Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Abreu in the 8th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Jiang Sha made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Charmander City's Alberto Erlantz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Santiago Abreu sped through Charmander City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Erlantz. 17 minutes into the game, Santiago Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alberto Erlantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Erlantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Madrid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Calisto, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Abreu in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Erlantz saved Charmander City from getting behind. Celestiales were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Charmander City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jiang Sha took the corner. The corner led Celestiales's Albano Millan to a score. 0-4 in the 28th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Jiang Sha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celestiales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jiang Sha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Santiago Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Erlantz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 40th match minute, Celestiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Declan Rice to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. Santiago Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jiang Sha ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Fabio Iago to score against Alberto Erlantz in Charmander City's goal. 0-7 after 54 minutes. In the 61st minute Santiago Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Santiago Abreu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alberto Erlantz. Santiago Abreu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. With a little luck, Charmander City's Alberto Erlantz got control of the ball when Santiago Abreu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Erlantz was a little too slow when Jiang Sha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-9. Celestiales made a substitution. Eustaquio Eudoxio replaced Santiago Abreu. The supporters of Celestiales booed when Charmander City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charmander City made a substitution. Alberto Cloyo replaced Marcelo Gipuzkoa. After 80 played minutes Charmander City got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Escobar. After a rather tough play, Charmander City's Rodrigo Qwinton got a free kick in the 81st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robustiano Olivar during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eustaquio Eudoxio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Alberto Erlantz made a huge save. Zacarias Escobar charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Escobar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Charmander City's Zacarias Escobar got a free kick in the 96th minute. Charmander City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Eustaquio Eudoxio scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Erlantz, making the score, 0-11. Celestiales's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
