Sven-Edvin Dalgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremy Avellana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Edvin Dalgren ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Ubarna came free, but Jeremy Avellana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Celso Trasloseros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deunoro Barbadillo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 35th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Gasteiz Latorre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Francisco Raymond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Dolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Francisco Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gasteiz Latorre in the 39th minute of play. Rodo's Deunoro Barbadillo to fire away a dangerous shot which Francisco Raymond despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Sven-Edvin Dalgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeremy Avellana made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Sven-Edvin Dalgren sent off a good shot on target. Sven-Edvin Dalgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Jeremy Avellana made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Anthon Öberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco Raymond was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. When Anthon Öberg came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthon Öberg couldn't finish the play. Antonio Ubarna came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jeremy Avellana could save by the left post.
