Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sven-Edvin Dalgren started the match with the kick off. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marco Nisio was slow to take the kick. During this time Racing Club's players had a chance to rest. Francisco Raymond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gasteiz Latorre in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Del Manfredi in the 10th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Del Manfredi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gasteiz Latorre in the 22nd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Gasteiz Latorre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Raymond was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana got control of the ball when Antonio Ubarna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremy Avellana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dalgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Ubarna in the 37th minute of play. Francisco Raymond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gasteiz Latorre in the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Salvino Masses. The supporters of Racing Club booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Pirani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremy Avellana was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Marco Nisio. Francisco Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gasteiz Latorre in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Club Dep. Soc. Rodo made a substitution. Anthon Öberg replaced Gasteiz Latorre. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anthon Öberg made a kick off. Francisco Raymond made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Anthon Öberg sent off a good shot on target. Anthon Öberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Francisco Raymond made a huge save. 62 minutes into the game, Anthon Öberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francisco Raymond. Anthon Öberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Del Manfredi struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Francisco Raymond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Dep. Soc. Rodo. 72 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Del Manfredi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Raymond narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's corner Del Manfredi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Francisco Raymond quite easily take care of the ball. Francisco Raymond made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthon Öberg in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Ipar Capitan got a free kick in the 78th minute. Racing Club's Sven-Edvin Dalgren got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Indalecio came free, but Jeremy Avellana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anthon Öberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Francisco Raymond made a huge save. Jeremy Avellana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Anthon Öberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
