After 18 played minutes Quitauna F.C got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Vargas. After 21 played minutes Quitauna F.C got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Månsson. Sven Reinauer's late challenge caught a Quitauna F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Reinauer helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Borussia Dortmund:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Quitauna F.C:s goal. The referee gave Quitauna F.C a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cacá Baptista, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Borussia Dortmund's John Noffke. 3-0. Kristian Månsson had several of the Borussia Dortmund's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed John Noffke as he didn't even see the shot coming. John Noffke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kristian Månsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 35 minute of play. A collision led to Quitauna F.C getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ruben Fjeldberg hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gugu dos Santos during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaspar Esser made a kick off. If Kristian Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristian Månsson in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John Noffke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Quitauna F.C's Kristian Månsson got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enio Aguero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Borussia Dortmund defense, Kristian Månsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Noffke. The Borussia Dortmund fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Noffke should have stopped the shot. John Noffke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Månsson in the 68th minute of the match. Cacá Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borussia Dortmund's John Noffke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Månsson in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Borussia Dortmund's Hubert Päßler got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Kristian Månsson sped through Borussia Dortmund's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of John Noffke. Kristian Månsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Noffke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Quitauna F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
