Filiberto Phelipe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 13 minutes, Andreas Triantafyllou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrella Roja Фк and the CACYFA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Estrella Roja Фк got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Triantafyllou. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Czornomaz in the 19th minute of play forced Estrella Roja Фк's goalkeeper Maido Hindpere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Bermel in the 23rd minute of play. Luis Quirce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Triantafyllou in the 26th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Jule Sylta put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luis Quirce. If Jule Sylta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Phelipe in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, CACYFA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xu Feng Wei to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Filiberto Phelipe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and CACYFA's Luis Quirce didn't even have to move. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrian Czornomaz to strike the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on Estrella Roja Фк's corner Filiberto Phelipe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luis Quirce quite easily take care of the ball. Maido Hindpere stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Czornomaz's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Maido Hindpere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Czornomaz in the 61st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Estrella Roja Фк's Amadeo Bermel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luis Quirce. That made the score 0-2 after 63 minutes of play. CACYFA's Luis Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Bermel in the 71st minute of play. Filiberto Phelipe ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Fernando Claus heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 81st minute, one of Estrella Roja Фк:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Estrella Roja Фк. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for CACYFA. Romeo Sanduru stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maido Hindpere. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Don Ogazón got free with Luis Quirce in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Estrella Roja Фк booed when CACYFA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Chico didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Alfredo Emeterio made a precise shot to the right of Maido Hindpere. Estrella Roja Фк's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
