Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viriato Moura kicked off to start the match. In the 4th match minute, Madison was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristos Ponce to maneuver through the defense. Madison's Ernesto Emmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graciano Coutinho in the 5th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Bruno Bastos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the Madison players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Portugal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Madison a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bartosz Salamon, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. 1-0. When Portugal's Felipe Barreto in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Madison's goalie prevented a goal. Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Alfonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 22nd minute of play forced Madison's goalkeeper Ernesto Emmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Viriato Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viriato Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernesto Emmanuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The Portugal fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Portugal's Viriato Moura looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 36 minutes into the match, Madison's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Ernesto Emmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Emmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Alfonso in the 42nd minute of play. Cristos Ponce made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mete Gol.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 60th minute of play forced Madison's goalkeeper Ernesto Emmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Pimentel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Pimentel in the 70th minute. The corner led to Portugal's Faustino Almeida getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Felipinho Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Caetano Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ernesto Emmanuel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gol in the 82nd minute of play. Alejo Marcones made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Felipinho Amorim. Cristos Ponce got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alejo Marcones. Portugal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
