Anatoliy Olenenko started the match with the kick off. Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 8th minute of the match. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Gerasim Lyutov tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute ФК КрасноДАР were awarded a corner. Kajetan Cetnar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Kajetan Cetnar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Germany's Tommy Kahn did a great save. Anatoliy Olenenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Gerasim Lyutov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Gerasim Lyutov made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 47 minutes into the game, Anatoliy Olenenko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Anatoliy Olenenko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Chris de Kok ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerasim Lyutov in the 62nd minute of play. Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Frank Sachs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Anatoliy Olenenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ФК КрасноДАР's Filimon Rodimov was substituted for Luka Gagnidze. Chris de Kok sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oleg Aleksandrov hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Aleksandr Abdrakhmanov in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Celso Moreno fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ФК КрасноДАР's protests and gave Celso Moreno a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatoliy Olenenko in the 93rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Anatoliy Olenenko scored 5-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ФК КрасноДАР walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
