Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Sachs got the match started through his kick off. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by mar-azul's Roberto Pacheco. But to his dismay, Roberto Pacheco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murilo Fernandes's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when mar-azul's Murilo Fernandes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of mar-azul booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Roberto Pacheco made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 30th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Murilo Fernandes took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 37 played minutes mar-azul got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Quinaz. In the 41st match minute, mar-azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Álvares to maneuver through the defense. Germany's Frank Sachs couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for mar-azul. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Fernandes got free with Tommy Kahn in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but mar-azul's Estevão Lemos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Murilo Fernandes to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, mar-azul's goalkeeper Estevão Lemos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Fernandes in the 57th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murilo Fernandes's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Estevão Lemos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Palmeira went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Murilo Fernandes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Sven Krakouer hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Turan Ayberk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Estevão Lemos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Álvares came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, mar-azul's Manuel Álvares made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind mar-azul's goalkeeper Estevão Lemos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Pacheco in the 89th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Ahmet Turan Ayberk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. mar-azul's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
