Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tião Vianna made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of LUXÚRIA FC booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Gudelj didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Reginaldo Simões sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Croatia's Ilija Skugor didn't even have to move. Yan Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Mauzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toni Mauzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Yan Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Damir Pongrac came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Croatia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damir Pongrac couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Damir Pongrac left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Croatia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Toni Mauzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Guimarães having to interfere. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eduard Kostelac hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Dinko Stankovic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Croatia's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinko Stankovic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Guimarães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 29 played minutes LUXÚRIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Furlan. Martin Bosak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Yan Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toni Mauzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Damir Pongrac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 38 minutes into the match, LUXÚRIA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dinko Stankovic came free, but Yan Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Croatia were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toni Mauzer made a kick off. After 51 played minutes LUXÚRIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Peixoto. Toni Mauzer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Yan Guimarães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 63 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Damir Pongrac. In the 67th minute Vinícius Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinko Stankovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Yan Guimarães made a huge save. Martin Bosak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Guimarães having to interfere. Toni Mauzer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yan Guimarães came out and tried to block the shot, but Toni Mauzer slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 83rd minute. Patrik Terzic charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrik Terzic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Croatia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
