Patrik Brovall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Savier in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Savier came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Germany fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Germany's Frank Sachs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Germany booed when Delminho FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beniamin Charamut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrik Brovall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 18th minute of play. Delminho FF's Beniamin Charamut quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Willy Stieler, made in the 51st minute of the game. 53 minutes into the game, Karl-Oskar Månsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Germany's Adrian Dreifuss quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 55th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Delminho FF's Karl-Oskar Månsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willy Stieler in the 65 minute of the game. In the 66th minute Gerardo Savier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Brovall. Delminho FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delminho FF made a substitution. Kasper Åkerström replaced Beniamin Charamut. After 83 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Rune Martinsson in the 84th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Germany walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
