Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Semavi Tümerdem kicked off to start the match. Maxime Durand acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 20th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ioan Cipău. Fc Otelul Galati's Nicodim Iacobeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Măgură in the 28th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Peletier to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Fc Otelul Galati got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Măgură. Frank Peletier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Nicodim Iacobeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicodim Iacobeanu made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute Semavi Tümerdem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match, David Barbier tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicodim Iacobeanu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Măgură in the 79th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicodim Iacobeanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Peletier slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, Fc Otelul Galati's Emanuel Arsenescu got a free kick in the 96th minute.
