Alvaro Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegedus Henrik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Rudolfo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvaro Rudolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 23rd minute of play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Machado in the 69th minute of the match. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marquez Padolles was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Hungary booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquez Padolles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Alvaro Rudolfo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Coritiba Foot Ball Club from getting a goal against them. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Alvaro Rudolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 75th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquez Padolles in the 78th minute of play. Thiago Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When Marquez Padolles fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coritiba Foot Ball Club's protests and gave Marquez Padolles a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
