The Lagrima en Jarrita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loco Malo should have stopped the shot. In the 17th match minute, Lagrima en Jarrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lu Bin Cheng to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Lore came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Rasvan Cristescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco Malo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Lore in the 26th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Rasvan Cristescu made a precise shot to the right of Loco Malo. Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Lagrima en Jarrita from getting a goal against them. Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Olaru in the 61st minute of play. Lagrima en Jarrita's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olgierd Karanowski in the 94th minute. The corner led to Lagrima en Jarrita's Aristide Ştefănoiu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Romania's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
