Austria's Fabio Auer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Austria from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 26 in the game by Isaac Kjellkvist from a close distance when the talented Fabio Auer managed to make a qualified save. Austria's players were relieved. Leonhard Maier hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Fabio Auer made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Isaac Kjellkvist sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute of the match, Isaac Kjellkvist got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabio Auer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jesus Lärjungar reached it. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Kjellkvist in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Marvin Harrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Schneider recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabio Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Ekerot in the 63rd minute of the match. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Marc Kronecker hit a great ball. In the 67th minute of the match Isaac Kjellkvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Auer skillfully saved the ball. After 68 played minutes Jesus Lärjungar got a freekick which was hit by Per-Erik Alström. Fabio Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Ekerot, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The referee ignored Jesus Lärjungar's protests and gave Sune Öberg a yellow card for diving instead.
