Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viriato Moura kicked off to start the match. Viriato Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Iwo Domarecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felipe Barreto in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that Felipe Barreto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iwo Domarecki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 25 minutes, Fabricio Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the Spartan FC Mogilany players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Konstanty Smolarek in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. Liam Hähner's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liam Hähner helped the player get up and apologised. Ilie Dumitrescu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Dumitrescu in the 40th minute of play. Iwo Domarecki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstanty Smolarek to make the kick off. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spartan FC Mogilany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Barreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. 56 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Martins came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iwo Domarecki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62ndth minute of the game Viriato Moura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iwo Domarecki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipe Barreto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 64 minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Caetano Moreira notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki. Iwo Domarecki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Bartolomeu Dias scored 2-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwo Domarecki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85thth minute of the game Wojciech Skaradowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Przemyslaw Bronder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Przemyslaw Bronder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Portugal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Portugal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
