Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mauro Primeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 5th minute of play. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Poli Timisoara's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ovidiu Adrian in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 7th minute. At last the ball reached Balazs Lajos at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Poli Timisoara. 0-1. Bartosz Erland struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poli Timisoara. Ovidiu Adrian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 15th minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidiu Adrian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balazs Lajos, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Ovidiu Adrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 26th minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sascha Kulovitz during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Sascha Kulovitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartosz Erland. The Poli Timisoara fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Poli Timisoara's Mauro Primeiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Primeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Adrian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute of the match, Bartosz Erland tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 46 played minutes Poli Timisoara got a freekick which was hit by Bartosz Erland. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Katona Janos in the 51st minute of play. Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Erland came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Poli Timisoara from getting a goal against them. Tiger De Hond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Adrian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Ovidiu Adrian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. 73 minutes into the match, Bartosz Erland notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Poli Timisoara's Ovidiu Adrian got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 minutes Poli Timisoara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. In the 81st match minute, Poli Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Mauro Primeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Erland in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Hegedus Henrik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Hegedus Henrik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Adrian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
