If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mats Möllgren fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esporte Club Bahia's protests and gave Mats Möllgren a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Esporte Club Bahia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! In the 85th minute, England's Issac Dawson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelo Lomba. Marcelo Lomba yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Marcelo Lomba stood somewhat misplaced when Kyle Cox came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 89 minute. In the 92ndth minute of the game Kyle Cox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Lomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
