The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renato Braga was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Bertram Svenningsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Renato Braga. The referee ignored Habilirows's protests and gave Rony Godoi a yellow card for diving instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bjarne Kirkegaard got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bertram Svenningsen. Habilirows's Renato Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 37th minute of play. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Habilirows's Arda Göksel Başkaynak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Keld Paulsen. That made the score 1-4 after 42 minutes of play. Renato Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Habilirows's Ergincan Arslantürk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kenn Skou, made in the 86th minute of the game. 95 minutes in the game Mathias Ludvigsen did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bertram Svenningsen. Denmark played a much better game than Habilirows and deserved their victory. The Habilirows players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
