But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Suárez Yasin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Major Barna, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 12 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Suárez Yasin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Genaro Gilesindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 minutes, Placido Patxi made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Suárez Yasin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Espinillo's Suárez Yasin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Boros Benedek got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Suárez Yasin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
In the 52nd minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suárez Yasin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Espinillo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Amado Savier hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Gerardo Kaiet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Patxi in the 71st minute of play. Suárez Yasin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ezequiel Onbera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Espinillo's Suárez Yasin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Espinillo from getting a goal against them. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Espinillo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Espinillo's Suárez Yasin managed to reach the ball for a save. Suárez Yasin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Major Barna could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Suárez Yasin however easily saved by the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Savier came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
