Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anders Lingren. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Näfver in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Terra Scaniae getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Frans Hedling hit a great ball. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Terra Scaniae's goalie prevented a goal. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Steen in the 10th minute of play. Oscar Näfver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 13 minutes, Oscar Näfver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terra Scaniae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Näfver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Gunnarsson in the 15th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Gunnar Nordlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Khodadad Khan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kent Gunnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bertram Svenningsen came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertram Svenningsen couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Terra Scaniae's Olle Jonsson got a free kick in the 30th minute. Lars Steen struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Khodadad Khan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Terra Scaniae's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Nygaard was slow to take the kick. During this time Denmark's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen to fire away a dangerous shot which Khodadad Khan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 35 minutes, Bertram Svenningsen made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Khodadad Khan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lars Steen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Khodadad Khan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Wulff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bjarne Kirkegaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 46 in the game by Oscar Näfver from a close distance when the talented Keld Paulsen managed to make a qualified save. Denmark's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 47th minute of play forced Terra Scaniae's goalkeeper Khodadad Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Kent Gunnarsson made the kick off in the second half. After 51st play minutes Oscar Näfver shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Keld Paulsen and just under the crossbar into goal. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Näfver in the 56th minute of the match. In the 74th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khodadad Khan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 minutes, Gunnar Nordlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terra Scaniae and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Oscar Näfver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Staffan Fribäck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terra Scaniae's supporters rose to their feet, but Staffan Fribäck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bjarne Kirkegaard during the 84th minute.
